I'd like to be able to incorporate GSP into varied lesson activities.

3 things:
construct isosceles triangles
merge text to point
tabulate data in graphs

2 things:
GSP and non-geometry-related topics
and other special features

1 issue:
Time involved in creating GSP lesson ( esp when starting from scratch)

3 things
How to animate the net into a solid
How to tessellate a unit shape
How to draw complex net shapes easily

2 things
How to incorporate this software with other ICT tools
How to make this easier for LA pupils

1 thing
LA pupils need more time and scaffolding and guidance to do an investigative task.

I have learnt 1) the ability to have variation of measurements in triangles 2) Incorporating Art in Math - shapes manipulation 3)Relationship of parts of a circle. I would like to know more about overlapping shapes and drawing of angles with arc. I will forget everything by next week...

3 things that interest me : use of mirror, drawing isosceless triangle, drawing midpoint

2 things I would like to know : how to use the tools on topics such as volume and nets

1 concern : Is there any detailed "instruction manuals" given to us after the course? Who to turn to for help after the course????

draw shapes, tables, interactive features

draw angles, volume, nets

time needed to prepare the activity, esp for newbies like us

3 things that really interest me:
1)the prelude lesson sketches-are we really able to do that within these 2 lessons?
2)pupils will be engaged when they are investigating
3)very good geometry tool

2 things I would like to know more about
anything more abt GSP

1 issue and concern
not easy for every teacher to learn GSP

3 things of interest:
1. Design activities that stretch the higher
ability pupils
2. Use of the software to construct own
geometrical diagrams to cater to own
lessons.
3. The interactive nature of the software.

2 things I would like to know more:

1. How to create animated geometric diagrams

1 issue of concern:

1. Limited idea of designing creative activity for differentiated in a class.

3- 'Reflect' tool in GSP, Construction of triangles, Tabulation of data

2- Possibility of exporting diagrams in GSP to Microsoft Word, Creating triangles from scratch

1- Ease of incoporating into curiculum

1) Manipulation of objects created in GSP to identify relationships and patterns
2) Using the software to create shapes of precise measurements
3) Sketching symmetrical shapes using tools such as mirror, reflect, etc

1) Exporting images such as triangles created with angles as a gif file
2) How to create the triangle (with angles) from scratch

1) Amount of time & effort to construct stuff from scratch
